		<description>Wow! Great article. I have done his several times in life. I find that often those attachments and relationships try to creep back in, but I always try to revisit (very briefly) why I made the change i did. It really helps me realize how far I have come from a very dysfunctional place to a really healthy one. Thanks for sharing!</description>
