When we sustain a positive flow of energy, we openly create a sense of well-being and happiness. We hold steady and remain balanced in the midst of the natural twists and turns of life. There will always be external circumstances that challenge us in ways beyond what we think we are capable. Yet, when we pause, open our hearts, and release all reactivity, we realize these moments are divine opportunities to transform our lives. To sustain a state of well-being, we breathe, let go of our fear-based thoughts and let things be.
Remember that you are the source of the inner and outer landscape of your life. The quality of it is determined by how you direct your energies through the choices you make in every moment. You can complain about how difficult life is or you can bless someone who cuts in front of you in your car or in line at the grocery store. It’s often beneficial to let a situation be until you can respond with patience, non-reactivity and tolerance. For example, I practice saying “namaste” or “bless and release” to change the energy on any negative situation. Practice loving kindness, non-judgment, and forgive quickly and often, Open your heart, offer support, and express love fully, passionately and beyond conditions.
Sustaining a positive flow of energy is the key to manifesting a happy, fulfilling and peaceful life. It is more than the power of positive thinking that creates a state of happiness, it is the flow of light energy that we channel positively and productively. Using energy in this way, we we can make the impeccable choices that bring us the love, joy, and well-being that we want.
