Sustaining a Positive Flow of Energy

October 26, 2009 By Debra Reble

Debra Reble Sustaining a Positive Flow of Energy“Heal the World, Make it a better place, For you and for me and the entire human race…” – Michael Jackson

When we sustain a positive flow of energy, we hold steady in the midst of the natural twists and turns of life. There will always be external circumstances that challenge us in ways beyond what we think we are capable. However, when we pause, open our hearts, and release all reactivity, we realize these moments are divine opportunities to transform our lives.

We are the source of the inner and outer landscape of our life. The quality of it is determined by how we direct our energies especially through the choices we make every moment. We can bless someone who cuts in front of us in our cars or in line at the grocery store. For example, I like to say “namaste” or “bless and release” to change the energy. We can practice loving kindness and non-judgment, forgive quickly and often, and offer supportive feedback when given permission. It is often beneficial to let things be until we can respond with patience and tolerance.

Sustaining a positive flow of energy is the key to manifesting a happy, fulfilling and peaceful life. Contrary to the popular belief that the power of positive thinking manifests our intentions, it is this flow of energy that we channel positively and productively that creates the quality of our life. Using energy in this way, we can make the impeccable choices that bring us love, joy, and well-being and also what we want.
